We offer regular weekly service that ensures you look good for your staff and clients. We operate on a schedule that works with you and your staff. We clean up after each cutting and ensure that the front entrance and visitor parking is clean. We keep an eye open for lawn areas, trees and shrubs that are under performing and monitor the irrigation system and report required repairs.

We offer a complete package: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter...

Spring Clean-up

• De-thatching and raking of all lawn and garden areas, removing winter kill and debris from the site
• Edging, turning, and cultivation of all garden beds and tree wells
• Aerate lawn areas

Seasonal Duties

• Regular weekly litter pick up, including cleaning, blowing and/or sweeping of all sidewalks, all building entranceways and adjacent curb lines.
• Cutting and trimming of all common lawn areas during the period of growth.
• Clippings from lawn cutting operations will be vacuumed, mulched, swept and removed from the site, to leave the property in a neat and clean manor
• All debris resulting from the work completed will be removed the same day
• Three applications of lawn fertilizer during the late spring, summer and fall

Planting Beds and Tree Care

• Common Garden areas to be weeded/cultivated biweekly and edged
• Trim branches and maintain general form up to 12 ft. in Spring and in August
• Shrubs sheared/trimmed as required (3 times approx.)
• Dead wood removed

Fall Clean Up

• Regular visits to the property to blow/rake remove leaves and debris from all areas
• Edging and turning of all tree and shrub beds
• Removal of all debris collected each day
