teaching them what they need to know in order to plant and maintain quality garden beds and plantings?

Core Capabilities
- Ability to supervise, and direct crews.
- High level of horticultural knowledge.
- Strong Plant ID knowledge
- Shrub and tree maintenance, and pruning
- Adapt and implement quality control procedures.
- Able to operate Garden, hedge trimmer equipment.
Accountabilities
Applicants must be customer focused and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a background in horticulture. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare reports and work independently in a fast paced environment.
Skills required
The ideal candidate will have a creative approach and an unyielding desire to ensure the job is completed efficiently and accurately and must have plant knowledge. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to communicate with clients and follow through with requests from initial consultation to implementation. Computer skills are an asset.
A valid driver’s license is essential to this position.
