Responsibilities

• Ensure site and crew safety while keeping projects on schedule and budget
• Maintain construction, horticultural and snow clearing best practices
• Precise work and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage, lead and train teams
• Complete gardening/snow clearing tasks as required 
• Ensures maintenance and snow clearing tasks are completed according to contracts
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 
• Minimum three years of experience in the landscape/ground maintenance and snow clearing industry 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
